Office Clerk Job in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should have experience in day-to-day office operations, including but not limited to clerical duties, filing and record keeping. The position is full time and offers a salary of 1000 AED per month. We are ready to consider immigrants for this position.
The main responsibilities of the Office Clerk include:
• Greet customers and answer phones
• Maintain filing systems and manage documents
• Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
• Prepare documents for meetings
• Type letters, memos, reports, or other documents as needed
• Carry out administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
• Handle mail, faxes, emails and other correspondence according to established guidelines.
To succeed as an Office Clerk you should have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure. You must also have outstanding communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Successful candidates should also be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
