Office clerk job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are a business located in Abu-Dhabi and we are looking for an Office Clerk to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, which includes organizing documents, managing files, and handling phone calls.
The Office Clerk must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should be highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks. We are ready to consider both UAE nationals and foreigners for this position.
In this role, you will be required to answer incoming calls and direct them accordingly, organize documents and files in an efficient manner, maintain accurate records of all activities within the office, provide additional support as needed by other departments or managers, accurately enter data into the computer systems, provide assistance with general office duties such as scanning documents or making copies of important documents, assist with project coordination when needed ,and occasionally perform other duties as assigned by management.
The successful applicant needs a minimum of high school diploma or equivalent and must be comfortable using computers for basic tasks such as word processing and data entry. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required; however we are ready to consider those with no experience at all. The salary on offer is 1100 AED per month.
