The successful candidate must have strong technical skills and experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL. They should be knowledgeable in platform-specific web development tools such as ASP.NET or WordPress. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
