Office assistant job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills. The salary offered is 1300 AED per month.

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, including greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling meetings, preparing and editing documents, and managing office supplies. As well as providing customer service to clients in person or over the phone.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role; be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite; have excellent written and spoken English; and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working with foreigners is also preferred.
