Office assistant vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE for Indian
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our growing team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
The Office Assistant will fulfill a variety of roles within the organization including but not limited to: answering phones and directing calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, filing and organizing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, managing calendars, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate must be proficient in MS Word and Excel as well as have strong written and verbal communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; previous experience in an office setting is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
