We are seeking an experienced and motivated Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will provide administrative support by ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
The Secretary will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the office staff. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, filing documents, taking minutes of meetings, preparing reports and presentations, managing office supplies, and any other clerical duties as assigned. The Secretary must be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience as a Secretary or similar role with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic. Candidates must also be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience using various office equipment such as printers is desirable but not required. We are willing to consider immigrant applicants for this role.
