Office administrator job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, with a salary of 1000. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to the office staff while ensuring that all tasks and activities are completed accurately and on-time. The successful candidate must be able to multitask and manage competing priorities while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, organizing paperwork, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements. They should also be able to provide ad-hoc support as needed.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and possess the ability to work well under pressure. They should also have experience using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required; however we are ready to consider a foreigner with no experience if they demonstrate the desired qualifications for the position.
