Job Description:
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient running of the office. Your tasks will include but not be limited to: managing office supplies, answering phone calls & emails, scheduling meetings & appointments, maintaining filing system, managing & creating documents using MS Office Suite, providing support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree in Management or related field is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations with ease
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Good communication skills in both spoken & written English
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in office administration is preferred but not mandatory
