Office administrator vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as Office Administrator based in Abu-Dhabi, with a salary of 1400. We are looking for someone with no experience in the field and are open to consider foreign candidates.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to problem solve effectively, have a positive attitude and be able to prioritize tasks. They must be proficient in using computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, possess excellent organizational skills, have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Additionally they should have an eye for detail and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
The primary job duties of the Office Administrator include assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, filing documents, scheduling meetings, responding to emails and phone calls from clients/suppliers, organizing events, distributing mail/packages across the office, etc. They will also be responsible for providing support to other departments when necessary.
