Office assistant job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and assisting with various clerical duties.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general office support such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Maintain office supplies by ordering and stocking materials
• Process incoming mail on a daily basis
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
• Greet visitors in a friendly manner and direct them accordingly
• Assist with other tasks as needed by the team
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an office assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Salary: 1000 AED per month
