Job Description:

We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing our library resources, helping to create an enjoyable and productive learning environment. The Librarian will provide assistance to students and other library patrons, including cataloguing new materials, researching topics, selecting appropriate books and media, maintaining records, and ensuring the accuracy of the library cataloguing system.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• At least three years of experience working in a library setting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and related software programs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. of library materials
• Foreign language skills are a plus (particularly Arabic)
