Office assistant job in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate must be organized, have strong interpersonal skills, and be detail-oriented.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all administrative functions within the office. This includes providing support to other departments, managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling telephone inquiries, and coordinating meetings and other events as required. The Office Assistant should also be able to prepare reports and documents as needed, maintain filing systems, and assist with any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of relevant experience in an office environment, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, remain organized while multitasking under pressure, and have a familiarity with basic computer programs such as MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not necessary. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
