Job Title: Librarian

Location: Bani Yas City, UAE

Salary: AED 1400 per month

We are seeking an experienced librarian to join our vibrant team in Bani Yas City. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a library setting, and should be comfortable with using computers and other technology to assist with cataloging and maintaining library records.

The primary role of the librarian is to provide quality customer service by helping patrons find the information they require. This includes organizing library resources, assisting with research, recommending materials, and providing technical assistance. The candidate will also oversee book acquisitions, subscriptions, and interlibrary loans.

In addition to these duties, the librarian will be responsible for developing programming for library patrons of all ages. This includes planning activities such as story time for children, book clubs for adults, or other community-oriented initiatives. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills in order to help promote the library’s services to the public.
