Position: Secretary
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 900 AED
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently and effectively, and handle a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner
• Answer calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate people
• Manage the daily calendar of appointments for the team
• Prepare documents for meetings and conferences
• Organize files, records, and other documents according to established procedures
• Maintain a database of contacts and other information as required
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing paperwork or typing letters
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
