Secretary job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are seeking an experienced Secretary to join our team based in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, and must be capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and efficiency. We are also open to consider an immigrant for the position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to all departments in the organization, managing the office environment and organizing office operations. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems and databases, preparing documents for meetings, handling customer inquiries, and other administrative duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail. The ability to work independently or in a team is essential as well as good communication skills in both Arabic & English languages. The candidate must also have proficient computer skills and knowledge of office management systems & procedures.
