Administrative Assistant - Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including calendaring, scheduling, and other clerical duties.
The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. We are open to considering immigrants with minimal work experience.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain calendars for various departments and adjust when necessary
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
• Data entry of relevant information into the computer system
• Provide general administrative assistance as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; further education is a plus
• Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
