Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage the daily administrative operations of our office and provide excellent customer service to all visitors.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. He or she must also be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The Office Manager’s main duties will include answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, organizing events, managing office supplies, and ensuring that all visitors receive a warm welcome. He or she will also oversee the maintenance of the office premises and equipment. Additionally, the successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and take initiative when needed.
