Job Summary
We are looking for a talented HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of our organization's human resource strategy. You will be responsible for creating and managing recruitment processes, developing effective employee relations strategies, and delivering comprehensive HR services while ensuring compliance with labor laws. With a salary of 1100, we are open to considering applicants from abroad with no experience.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and recommending qualified individuals for hire. In addition, you will develop effective employee relations strategies to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement; foster an inclusive workplace environment; manage employee benefit programs; ensure compliance with labor laws; manage all payroll; coordinate internal training programs and performance reviews; provide guidance on complex HR issues such as grievances/disciplinary issues; address employee concerns; assess technology needs related to HR operations; develop policies and procedures related to HR operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced professional who is adept at resolving complex problems with creative solutions. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role as well as the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent field; extensive knowledge of best practices related to HR operations; excellent organizational skills; strong communication skills (verbal/written); ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team; effective problem-solving skills.
