Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an experienced and reliable Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates for both current projects and long-term staffing needs. This will involve developing strategies to attract and retain quality staff, such as advertising on job boards or using social media platforms. The Recruiter will also manage the recruitment process from initial contact with potential candidates through to onboarding new staff members. Additionally, the Recruiter will be responsible for providing feedback to unsuccessful applicants and maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role must possess strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent written communication. An aptitude for problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task is essential in order to be successful in this position. Additionally, we require that the successful applicant have an understanding of local employment laws as well as familiarity with recruitment software or databases such as Taleo or Bullhorn. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not required for this role.
