Job Title: Office Clerk
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED per month
Experience Required: 1 year of experience in a similar role.
We are looking for an organized and reliable Office Clerk to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and answer phone calls
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain office supplies and equipment
• Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents
• Handle filing systems and databases
• Manage incoming mail and emails
• Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent degree is required; a college degree or relevant professional certification is desirable
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is necessary
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of general office procedures including faxing, copying, filing etc.
• Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English; fluency in Arabic will be an advantage
