The Office Clerk's main responsibilities will include managing filing systems, dealing with incoming emails, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, preparing documents for meetings and conferences, making travel arrangements, updating records and databases, keeping office supplies stocked up etc. Additionally they will be expected to provide administrative support when required.
