Salary: 1400 AED per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, liaising with customers and suppliers, ensuring that deadlines are met, and handling all other general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimal work experience.
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Must have a valid UAE residence visa or be willing to obtain one if selected as a foreigner.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries either by phone or email.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers to coordinate orders and deliveries.
• Handle general data entry tasks in the accounting system.
• Prepare documents as required by the team such as reports, presentations, spreadsheets etc..
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary.
• Assist with payroll processing if needed.
