Job Description:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the office. This includes overseeing records management, managing office supplies and equipment, liaising with suppliers, and providing general customer service. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for monitoring budgets, coordinating staff meetings, and acting as the main point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities:
• Managing daily office operations such as records management, ordering supplies, and liaising with suppliers
• Monitoring budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
• Coordinating staff meetings
• Providing general customer service such as answering phones or emails
• Ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
• Liaising with external clients as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (additional language proficiency is a plus) • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1400 AED per month
