We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. We offer a competitive salary of 1300 AED per month and have the flexibility to consider foreign applicants. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience working in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support within the office environment, as well as ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. This includes but is not limited to: filing documents, answering phones, processing incoming mail, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing calendars, maintaining records, preparing reports, ordering supplies, researching information online or in the office library, and providing general customer service support.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written; strong interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; and the ability to multitask. Knowledge of office administration processes and procedures is essential as well as a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
