Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1600 AED per month
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately and must be able to work full time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Working knowledge of office equipment and processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid visa or permit to work in the UAE (if applicable)
- Fluency in English is a must (Arabic is a plus)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage the office supplies, order new materials when needed.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls and handle inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
