Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The role will involve establishing relationships with our customers and working with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Job Responsibilities:
• Establish relationships with customers and build strong customer profiles to ensure successful sales.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve our services and products.
• Develop customer-specific strategies to maximize sales potential and market share growth.
• Negotiate prices, discounts, delivery times, and payment terms with customers.
• Ensure accurate records are kept by tracking orders, invoices, stock levels, etc.
• Liaise between customers and other departments such as production, logistics, finance etc., to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor competitor activities within the market place and provide timely reports on market trends and changes in customer needs or preferences.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required • At least 3 years of experience in merchandising or similar roles • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal • Analytical skills & ability to interpret data & numbers accurately • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages an advantage • Familiarity with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
