The primary responsibility of the Librarian will be to provide support services in the library including cataloguing, circulation, and reference services. The Librarian will also be expected to manage collections, develop programs, promote library resources, and supervise volunteers and student assistants.

To qualify for this position we are looking for an individual who holds an advanced degree (e.g., MLS or equivalent) in Library Science or related field; has at least two years of experience working in a library; possesses strong communication skills; is knowledgeable about library systems; is comfortable working with computers; is familiar with database management systems; can work independently as well as collaboratively on projects; and has experience managing volunteers or student helpers.
