Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support for the office and its staff members. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing daily administrative duties, writing reports, organizing meetings, handling incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments accordingly, and other tasks as assigned. The position will also involve some international travel for business purposes.

Requirements
To be considered for this position you must have at least 3 years of experience as a secretary or in an administrative role. You must also possess excellent organizational skills, have the ability to multitask efficiently, be highly detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills both written and verbal in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus but not required. Additionally you must demonstrate proficiency in standard computer programs such Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook). We are ready to consider an immigrant who can legally work in Abu-Dhabi.
