Office assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE for foreigners
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Office Assistant to join our growing team in Abu-Dhabi. This role is vital to the smooth running of our office, and requires a high level of responsibility and discretion when dealing with confidential information. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize their workload.
The key duties of the Office Assistant are to provide general administrative and clerical support, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, handling correspondence, greeting visitors and other tasks as required. They must be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times when interacting with customers or clients. The ideal candidate must also have outstanding organizational skills with excellent attention to detail in order to complete all tasks accurately and efficiently.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; they should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not essential; however a good understanding of office protocols is required. We will consider immigrants for this role with a salary of 1700 AED per month.
