Job Summary
Administrator in Abu Dhabi is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and help us manage our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the office workflow, overseeing administrative tasks, providing customer support, managing accounts and ensuring all processes are compliant with local regulations.
Job Responsibilities
The Administrator is expected to organize and maintain office operations and procedures such as document processing, filing systems, client contact databases and other administrative duties. He/she will also be responsible for assisting with the preparation of reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, tracking expenses and reconciling bank statements. Additionally, the Administrator will ensure that all inventory is properly maintained and updated on a regular basis. He/she is also expected to respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner while ensuring that customer satisfaction remains high at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail; strong problem-solving capabilities; ability to work independently or as part of a team; excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task efficiently; knowledge of local laws and regulations relating to business operations; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; good command of English language (reading/writing). A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. Candidates from foreign countries are welcome to apply.
