Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office and ensuring the efficient running of the office.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications. You must also be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
The role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of the office, scheduling appointments, filing documents, preparing reports, responding to emails, maintaining databases and supporting other employees as necessary.
We are offering a salary of 1300 AED per month for this position and we are willing to consider foreign candidates who meet our requirements.
