• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, managing office supplies, helping with office related tasks, handling calls and emails, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The successful candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team. In addition, they should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance if needed • Answering phones calls and emails from customers or vendors • Updating office policies & procedures as necessary • Maintaining filing systems both hard copy & electronic • Managing all incoming & outgoing mail & deliveries • Ordering office supplies & equipment when necessary • Scheduling meetings & appointments for staff members • Handling all administrative aspects of HR including onboarding new employees • Assisting with payroll processing when needed • Performing other general administrative duties as assigned
