We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator for our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful candidate should be someone who is passionate about organizing and making sure things run smoothly in the office. They should be proactive, with an eye for detail and a willingness to learn.
The successful candidate’s duties will include managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, arranging meetings and ordering office supplies. They should also be comfortable dealing with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. In addition, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between departments and external contacts.
To be successful in this role the candidate should possess strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities and computer literacy. They should also have good problem solving abilities in order to deal with any issues that arise quickly and efficiently. Previous experience in an office administration role is desirable but not essential as we are ready to consider a foreigner with no prior experience.
