Office administrator job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role will provide administrative support to our team at the office, and will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work while working independently. The ideal candidate should also have experience with data entry and computer applications.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain office files, records, and other documents
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Handle incoming mail and distribute accordingly
• Monitor office supplies and order when necessary
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and other events
• Answer telephone calls in a professional manner
• Manage travel arrangements
• Assist in preparing reports as requested
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative role
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in office administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
