Merchandiser job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers
We are looking for a highly experienced, detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a similar role and will need to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
The successful applicant will be responsible for researching, sourcing, selecting, pricing and stocking merchandise in the store. This includes managing order processing, inventory and stock levels, ensuring goods are available for customers, making sure products are displayed attractively on shelves and racks while ensuring stock is rotated so that all items remain fresh and up-to-date.
The Merchandiser must have the ability to recognize trends in consumer buying habits and accurately forecast future sales. They must also have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure efficient collaboration with suppliers, vendors and colleagues.
To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 2 years experience working as a Merchandiser or similar role; A degree or equivalent qualification in business management or related field is an added advantage; Good knowledge of merchandising principles; Advanced computer skills; Excellent communication skills with both internal and external contacts; Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. We are ready to consider an immigrant who meets the above criteria for this role which offers a salary of 1600 AED per month.
