We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300 AED per month.
The successful candidate should possess excellent organisational and communication skills and have at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. They should be able to multitask efficiently and manage competing priorities effectively.
The main duties of the Office Assistant include but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting clients, taking messages, sorting incoming mail, running errands, maintaining office supplies and equipment, organizing paperwork and filing documents correctly, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support when needed.
The ideal candidate should also be proficient in using computers and various software programs (Microsoft Office Suite). We are open to considering candidates from abroad as well.
