We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a similar role.
This role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team. Duties include managing calendar schedules, organizing meetings, filing and retrieving documents, drafting emails and letters, taking messages, answering phone calls, sorting mail, photocopying documents and other administrative tasks as required. The individual must be highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; be able to work independently as well as part of a team; possess strong interpersonal skills; have an eye for detail; demonstrate good problem solving skills; be knowledgeable in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook; and demonstrate a positive attitude towards work.
We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED/month for this position. We are also willing to consider foreign candidates for this role.
