Secretary job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team in Abu Dhabi as a Secretary. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to think quickly on their feet.
The primary duties of the Secretary will include answering phones, filing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. The Secretary must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
The successful candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and some experience working in an administrative role. They must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail. They should also have strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position with the appropriate visa/work permit requirements met. The salary for this position is 1400 AED per month.
