Salary: 1500 AED/Month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, managing office supplies and equipment, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in a similar role.
Needs for the Candidate:
• Minimum of three years experience as an Office Assistant or a similar role.
• Must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
• We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and take messages when required.
• Receive visitors at the office, provide refreshments if necessary and direct them to the appropriate contacts or meeting rooms as required.
• Manage office supplies, order new materials or equipment when necessary and keep track of stored items.
• Support other departments with administrative tasks such as filing documents, scheduling meetings, creating presentations etcetera as needed.
• Handle mail distribution (incoming/outgoing), including courier services as required by the business needs.
Additional Information:
