We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the staff in the office.
The successful applicant should have at least 2 years of prior experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Furthermore, they should possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as good problem-solving abilities.
The job description includes but is not limited to: providing administrative support to the staff; organizing meetings and preparing agendas; managing incoming calls; creating reports; managing calendars; preparing documents; maintaining records; and other duties as assigned.
