Are you looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity in Abu-Dhabi? We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and support services to the company. You will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including but not limited to scheduling meetings and appointments; processing invoices; ordering supplies; answering phone calls; updating employee records; preparing reports; providing customer service; and coordinating activities with external vendors.
We offer a competitive salary of 1300 per month, with additional benefits such as medical insurance and paid holidays. Additionally, we are open to considering applicants who are immigrants or have no prior experience in this position.
To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills; have strong communication skills; have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively; be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); have exceptional customer service skills; and demonstrate professionalism at all times. Previous experience in an office management role is preferred but not required.
