Job Position: Recruiter
Location: Abu-Dhabi
Salary: 1300 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are open to considering a foreign candidate.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to source, screen and interview potential candidates.
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media sites, referrals, etc.
• Create job postings and post them on job boards, newspapers, etc., as necessary.
• Screen resumes/applications received for positions and contact prospective candidates for initial screening interviews . • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule interviews with candidates when necessary. • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide information about the position, company culture, salary package etc., to ensure strong candidate experience . • Identify potential sources of qualified talent for future needs . • Monitor competitor recruiting practices to identify best practices for improving the recruiting process . • Maintain records of all recruitment activities such as applications received, shortlisted/rejected applicants in the database system .
