We are hiring for an Office Administrator position in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1300. We are ready to consider an immigrant for the role.
Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an Office Administrator
• Excellent knowledge of office procedures and protocols
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Great attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing) is a must. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the office including maintaining office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/office
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and take messages from employees and visitors
• Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for office staff
• Manage filing systems both digital and physical
• Create reports as requested by management

• Proven experience as a reliable Office Administrator
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
