We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role is a great opportunity for an individual who is interested in developing their administrative and organizational abilities in a professional environment.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office by coordinating and supervising office operations, managing administrative staff, and providing administrative support to the management team. Tasks include but are not limited to: arranging meetings, maintaining office supplies, filing documents, organizing events and activities, responding to inquiries from clients and colleagues, preparing reports and presentations, managing databases, and providing customer service.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills; proficiency in MS Office applications; strong organizational skills; an eye for detail; strong problem-solving abilities; good customer service skills; the ability to work independently as well as part of a team; and experience with handling confidential information. The successful candidate should also demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and initiative.
We offer a competitive salary package of 1000 AED per month with potential bonuses depending on performance. No work experience is required for this position but any prior experience will be viewed favourably. We are also open to considering immigrants for this role.
