Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator at our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed in a timely fashion. This position offers a salary of 1300 and we are open to hiring an immigrant for this role.

Job Duties
• Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, organizing, managing documents, scheduling meetings, preparing reports etc.
• Ensure all necessary equipment such as printers and computers are functioning properly
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory levels and ordering new supplies when required
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner over the phone or in person
• Update records of customer accounts as needed
• Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office administration role is required
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential • Excellent organizational skills coupled with superior attention to detail is a must • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
