Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator at our Abu-Dhabi office. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring all necessary tasks are completed in a timely fashion. This position offers a salary of 1300 and we are open to hiring an immigrant for this role.

Job Duties
β’ Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, organizing, managing documents, scheduling meetings, preparing reports etc.
β’ Ensure all necessary equipment such as printers and computers are functioning properly
β’ Maintain office supplies by checking inventory levels and ordering new supplies when required
β’ Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner over the phone or in person
β’ Update records of customer accounts as needed
β’ Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Requirements
β’ A minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in an office administration role is required
β’ Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential β’ Excellent organizational skills coupled with superior attention to detail is a must β’ Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written β’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
