Secretary job in Doha Qatar
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. They should also have a good understanding of office operations and procedures, and be comfortable working with computers. A high level of organization and time management is essential in this role.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to: answering incoming phone calls; taking and relaying messages; filing documents; maintaining records; preparing reports; scheduling meetings; researching information; coordinating travel arrangements; managing calendars; and arranging events.
We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience in an administrative role. To be successful in this position you must have excellent interpersonal skills, be capable of multitasking, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are open to considering immigrant applicants for this role with the right qualifications and experience.
The salary offered is 1000 per month.
