Office assistant vacancy in Sharjah UAE for foreigners
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.
The Office Assistant’s duties include but are not limited to greeting visitors, answering phones, maintaining files and filing systems, preparing and sending correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office calendar, updating databases, providing general clerical support to other departments as needed. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. They should also have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), the ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy in their work, strong customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position. The salary offered is 1400 AED per month.
