Office assistant job in Abu-Dhabi UAE for foreigners
We are a fast-growing company in Abu Dhabi and we are looking to hire an Office Assistant. We are open to considering immigrants for this role. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be process-oriented, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for running day-to-day operations of the office, including managing incoming and outgoing mail, handling invoice payments, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering supplies, updating filing systems and other administrative tasks as needed. The Office Assistant will also provide administrative support to the executive team by scheduling meetings, taking minutes at team meetings, preparing reports and presentations on request and completing other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Arabic. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. The ability to multi-task and remain organized in a fast-paced environment is also essential for this role. Experience as an office assistant is preferred but not required; however, we will consider applicants with minimal work experience who demonstrate strong capabilities in the required skillset mentioned above.
