As our Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are well-stocked with merchandise, that there is accurate pricing and information available for customers, as well as providing customer service. This includes greeting customers in a friendly manner, responding to inquiries about products or services, and helping them find what they are looking for. You will also be responsible for creating attractive displays that will draw in customers and ensure the store remains organised and tidy at all times.
To qualify for this position, you must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English language. You should have previous experience working in retail or customer service industry. You should also be familiar with merchandising techniques such as visual merchandising or window displays. Finally, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
