Job Summary:
We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary of 1400 AED. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.
Desired Qualifications:
No experience is required for this role, although applicants should demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred, but not essential. Fluency in English is also important and any other language would be an asset.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The primary duties of this role include answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing documents, preparing presentations and reports, organizing meetings and conferences, and managing emails. The successful candidate will also facilitate communication between departments and provide administrative support as required. They will also be responsible for processing incoming payments and making sure that all paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
